Re ASMLF, as I said, haven't thoroughly analysed it. By product line, I was referring/analogizing to SVG having other "products" in the pipeline in optics (someone else mentioned this here or on Yahoo) and ASMLF likely is in the same situation. ASMLF does have more diversification and larger absolute number of customers - litho at ASMLF is more "commodity"ish (.25u) whereas SVG does more, consistently, at .18u. Hope this clears up a few things.
