My WAG is that SVGI hasn't increased their run rate for Micrascan production. It sounds like they've stalled at about 15 machines a quarter.

Given that they've publicly announced a target of 50/quarter by yearend, it's quite possible that a call to IR might give us the answer.

I would guess that the weak demand for Micrascans is an indicator that the customers are buying from someone else. Certainly *someone* is selling a whole bunch of 0.25 and 0.18 micron tools. My guesses for the someone else would be ASML and Nikon, in roughly that order.
