Worswick- the following was posted on AOL Motley Fool Oxford thread. The key point is the reference to the financing:

Subject: Line In The Sand
Date: Thu, Mar 19, 1998 10:11 EST
From: JRodulavic
Message-id: <1998031915113701.KAA12673@ladder03.news.aol.com>

I apologize to those that have sent me mail and did not receive a reply - technical difficulties resulted in the loss of all my mail.

Most of the messages were regarding technical support after 2 down days. I have a Line In The Sand - the stock must not close below 16 9/32. The TCI ( trading channel indicator) has dropped the past 2 days, this was after 5 days of upward movement. The other key indicator I watch is Zig Zag. ZigZag is not as much an indicator as it is a generalization of price action wherein the significant price movements are shown while the day-to-day
randomness is removed. ZigZag reduces price action to a series of straight lines connecting successive highs and lows in closing prices. For me to be assured that price movement will continue to move upward, Zig Zag must not turn downward - that's why 16 9/32 is so important. If the stock holds and move back up off of yesterdays close, the upward technicals will remain on track.

I spoke to Investor Relations yesterday regarding the $350 financing deal with Texas Pacific Group. The financing approvals are moving ahead as planned.

As of this post, OXHP was asking 16 7/16 up 1/8.

I think this is a option expiration scam. The volume is low and GSCO has been selling and then buying. If the volume (415,000) was higher I would be more concerned but I think it is chicanery. I bought another 7K at 16 5/16. We will see the play today or tommorrow I bet 17.5 by tommorrow.IMHO
DrRisk Good Luck today and tommorrow will be real volatile
