Pauly: Many things in your statements are not true, however,
details are not important any more and I don't have time to go over the details. As you noticed, I rounded up
everything, to simplify the matter, to see the whole picture,
so to speak. The whole picture is : ONSALE specializes
in the business of auctioning and selling, via the internet,
discounted and refurbished products. Onsale does not have
a proprietary product which would make it difficult for other companies to compete. This business has strict limits for growth,
both in the sources of supply and in demand (the customer base).
The current price of ONSL stock, I strongly believe, is a result of many factors, but not the least one is the management tactics to artificially inflate the stocks price by providing misleading
statistics of superficial things like the number of bids, etc.
I can foresee in a not very far future that this thread will be
filled with information about class actions.
I have stored information that I deem related to insider
intentional inflation of the stock price so that I can serve
the poor individual investors when needed.
