Lonnie, I agree. We need the numbers and everything promised soon. I'm sure they are aware this.

Jin.

A colleague of mine talked to Ira and was told the following.
It is Ira's opinion that it will be most advantageous to wait for the releasing the financials at the time that the merger is completed. That way he will be able to leverage the release of financials and the entire merger process and reevaluation of the company all at once. Plus, the merger financials will also include some assets of the other company and (I assume) some shares from the other company. This is my understanding of the logic.

On the other hand, I personally feel that I have heard a lot of statements and proclamations by the company. I would have much preferred to see the financials when they were said to be released, "in a few days" from last week's press release. Continual delays on the "next deal" has made me nervous.

FAMH should understand that I sold ALL my shares last week when the price was in the $0.60's. Today I bought back some shares at 0.53. I do not own as many shares as I did last week because of the weak follow through by the company. My opinion is that the company and the stock price would have done MUCH better by delivering audited financials from which we could accurately evaluate the value of the company.

Finally, at the end of 1997 there were about 24 million shares. 2.2 million are being issued to Myriad in that transaction. Therefore, nearly 16 million shares have NOT been publicly accounted for. Who owns them and why were they issued? We deserve a clear explanation for this issue. How do we know that further dilution will not take place in the future?

I own part of FAMH and I am staying in but we shareholders deserve more complete information and explanations, thank you very much. I did not post much after I sold my shares because I was no longer a shareholder.

With better information and release of the financials, I think the stock price would be $1.00 or more. Then, the merger would yield a final price of over $4.00. We could have gotten to the same point WITHOUT the mystery.
