Emile,

In the context of my question to you it really doesn't matter if it is only a small part of Judaism you find offensive and not all Jews. Even if they are a cult. Did not Christ teach us to love our enemy? Even if they spit on us and revile us we are told to love them.

You make the statement I do love the Jewish people and desire for them the greatest good in the world---Eternal Life through faith is Jesus Christ. I appreciate and accept the intent of this statement. But I will put forward to you that I believe one simple statement such as this will be lost in a sea of rhetoric in which you use words like vile, obscene and satanic. Christ's teachings say to love our enemy and bring to him the good news. By using the rhetoric you use you close people's ears and hearts and will not be able to spread the word. When Christ taught us to love our enemies it was with the wisdom that only this would open their hearts. It matters not what they have been taught and believe. If you follow the teachings of Christ it matters only that he taught us to love. Remember he said Father forgive them for they know not what they do.

Your rhetoric is unhelpful. I believe there are very few evil people in the world and most of the people we believe are evil are just are fellow frail humans struggling imperfectly with the world. The only proper response to such people is compassion and forgiveness. Ye who is without sin cast the first stone. I believe accusations of satanic influences are wrong and have the destructive influence of goading weak minds to the action that is so troubling Nancy.

Emile Vidrine
or
Will you walk in the Light of Christ

Emile Vidrine, you have been silent and I don't blame you. Does anyone here wish to hear Emiles credentials. Will anyone here claim that Emile is in the light of Christ,is Emile in this fraternity that Christ wishes to be built. Emile, your knowledge of the Letter is formidable, I don't bother to read it. Do you know why. What basic lesson have you missed, who is your neighbor, who will claim this man as brother.
