If you longs still have doubt about the lack of "professionalism" and their lousy service then read the post above. Onsale Customers have more chance getting a "quick feedback" about their orders from this thread than from ONSALE site. Instead of worrying about running the business, ONSALE is more concerned about their stock prices. I've waited 36 days to get a product that I ordered through Onsale.
