Hi First time poster but a lurker on this thread for a while, in at .34. I appreciate the fact that we are trying to reconcile to the outstanding shares but don't think we have a chance without the 10K. What I do know is that they are not stock options (although they could be treasury shares reserved for issue upon exercise of options). Stock options don't normally count as outstanding shares unless we are talking about the fully diluted EPS calculation when only the number of shares which at a current price would need to be issued to cover the value of the options "in the money". Based on INTHEFLESH's comment we should be in for some fun next week. CJ
