I've just returned from the solitude of the Chihuahuan desert and my meditations there have led me to proclaim to everyone that they should be certain that AcTrade is counting their beans correctly.

If they are not even these shares prices will be dear!

BTW, in Study Butte you can rent a house and 40 acres of creosote bush for $50 per month.

Not that you would care, Davef...but I think the institutional sponsership is misleading. Here's why: there are two public sources of information about institutional holdings: 1-managers with more than $100 million in assets must file quarterly statements with SEC listing holdings. and 2-mutual funds must list holdings in letter to shareholders every six months.

For the first source, there is often a serious lag between the date of the information and when it is released--so the increase in institutional ownership is a reflection of the gradual filings of quarterly statements by managers, who are still filing as of 12/97. THERE IS NO PUBLIC SOURCE FOR INSTITUTIONAL HOLDINGS THAT IS UPDATED MORE THAN QUARTERLY. ERGO, any change between reporting periods (as in, any change in the last three weeks) DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING> IT IS SIMPLY MORE MANAGERS RELEASING THEIR HOLDINGS AS OF 12/97.
