Possible Takeover Target???

Hi. I'm new to this, but I would like to propose a thought regarding the progress of this stock.

This company seems like a suitable candidate for a takeover by a larger firm (perhaps Microsoft???). With everyone preparing for the advent of e-comm, Diversinet seems small, yet technologically forward enough to attract a likely suitor. Once their product enters the market and proves to be a solid technology, they should catch the eye of a lot of large companies trying to position themselves in the potentially lucrative e-comm industry. Already, Netscape has taken this direction, giving up on their browser war with Microsoft. It seems funny that the chief scientist of Netscape would sit on the board of directors for a company that is developing a product that would be a definite asset to Netscape's new corporate strategy. At the same time, it gets even more interesting that Microsoft would accept a seat on the same board. Is it that Microsoft's watchdogs are staying close to Netscape's activities, perhaps preparing for another war for the e-comm market? If this technology proves itself to be worthy, it should be interesting to see who's money comes showering down for control of this budding company. A company who is already signing licensing deals with major companies.

In response to stolen technology... who knows? We've seen more scandalous events take place over our lifetime.

I have no idea whatsoever if the information is reliable.

I received a private message from D. Eigeles Systems, and I simply transferred the gist of it to the main thread for all to investigate.

Since this is so serious, I would like to request that D. Eigeles Systems kindly post the same information on the main thread for all to see.

Thank you for your help.
