That is my point about the attractiveness of DPMI - its cycle bottom is not likely to be bad at all. By the way, I see possible risk to $.40 for a quarter. That is not my prediction for the current quarter.

As I have said before, I think in the current quarter the full impact of Asia, larger depreciation charges from expanded facilities and not fully covered operating costs of such facilities are worth more than a few cents lower than the last quarter, which is what Wall Street has. I would not be surprised by $.45.

I am not sure of the general answer to your question about limited number of passes on masks. I am not a semiconductor industry person.
I think you are right though, which would make this even more of a razor-blade business.

Duane, do you have an opinion of DPMI vs. PLAB?

On ETEC, you a hair higher than the Street. I do not think a P/E of
40 is appropriate. This is a cyclical business. That growth rate will not be maintained for any long period of time.
