Big Dog,

Yes, thi slooks quite tempting. I may want to invest in this.
But, before I do can you please tell me what you know about TNRG management and history.

Based on my readings of an EDGAR (1996) filed report sec.gov
management may have a history of not being credible.

So I ask you to let us know, is this new management? Has management
repented or is the 1996 filing and resignation of the directors of Tianrong due to stock manipulation through fraudulent and misleading press release simply baseless..

Furthermore...
The release...
NEW YORK, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Tianrong Building Material Holdings, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: TNRG) announced today that it has canceled 2.5 million shares of previously issued Tianrong stock.

According to Tianrong the cancellation of this stock will reduce the total number of shares of Tianrong outstanding by approximately 10% and reduce the float by approximately 25%.

This means that pre cancellation TNRG had 25 million shares outstanding and 10 million public float.
They should now have 22.5mil out and 7.5 million public..
Now what about the convertible preferreds are they included in those numbers or have they been retired..
