jhild, Yup, the browser (Unix Lynx) I'm using right now is beyond graphically challenged. I'll be going to my other browser shortly to have a looksee. BTW, to all of you out there who are using italics for quoting purposes, it shows up as plain ol' ordinary print when viewed with Lynx. In other words, text you quote and text you write appear identical. In fact, HTML-compliant Lynx ignores most HTML tags. Everything looks the same on the Lynx screen. This can offer up some strangely schizophrenic reads to the unaware lurker with Lynx. <vbg> Holly

Willey/Clinton correspondence. Hmmmm. I wonder why she gave him presents before the alleged incident, and then stopped. (Tellya the truth, I wonder why she gave him presents at all.) Because she was pissed off? And yet she does continue to write.

I also wonder why she calls him "Mr President", when he signs his notes to her "Bill".

And why she's complaining that "before Ed's death" in 1993 they were promised by the DNC that they'd be invited to a WH Christmas party. But the letter's from 1997. Weird.
