Ken, In the following news release, I took the phrase "filed a complaint" to mean filed in court. I think it's worthwhile to ask, to see if they did that or not. What do you think this means in terms of what our company's subsidiary did do? Certainly this can only mean more money for MDIX nor no more money if the case is lost. I can't imagine how it can be understood negatively for MDIX. What am I missing, Ken and Sandra?

Headline: Medix Unit Accuses Andrx Of Theft, Seeks $397 Million In Damages

======================================================================
DENVER -(Dow Jones)- A unit of health-care services concern Medix
Resources Inc. Thursday accused Andrx Corp. and its CyBear Inc. unit of
theft and misappropriation of medical software and Internet medical
communications technology, and demanded nearly $397 million in damages.
Andrx (ADRX), which researches and develops controlled release oral
drugs, rejected Medix's claims, saying the company's case has "no basis
in substantial fact or legal support."
Medix's Cymedix Lynx Corp. unit filed the complaint, saying its
demand represents damages on the projected income for the first five
years of $132.2 million Cymedix expects to lose as a direct result of
the alleged activities conducted by Andrx, Cybear and individuals
employed by Andrx.
Details about the products at question weren't provided by either
firm.
Medix (MDIX) said it filed a final U.S. patent application last
October for the software and technology.
