DUV improvements should push out ebeam, due to cost restraints. I like CYMI and PLAB, but I don't count out DPMI. The industry is full of surprises on a moment's notice. Sector wise, no sweat. .25 is just beginning, and the fabs are not yet loaded. Those looking 3 years out should be well rewarded. BTW, the Korea .25 fab is U.S. money. I see production in Asia with US names. Like Nike, Levi, etc. No sweat if we get the royalties. IMHO, I see the US as an investment society. Hey, I keep getting way off track.
