a company can do many things with excess cash. One of the choices would be to execute a stock buyback. There are better places for the cash to go. I would rather see ckfr invest their excess back into the business. Ckfr is a young, hungry company and would be better off to spend the cash on sales, marketing, R&D or to reduce debt.

The performance of the stock price is secondary to the actual performance of the company. Investing cash back into the company will allow CKFR to maintain and stengthen their competetive edge on the competition. Executing a stock buyback would boost the stock price over the short term, but would not improve the underlying fundamentals of the company.
