I swore after reading your sure thing on DEPO that caused me to lose 25% of my 401k that I would take what you say with a grain of salt, and I was just about ready to jump in this stock.

Thanks, Tom, for your response. I have marginally added to my position, but I am also waiting for a company response. I find it impossible to believe that the company would not know it is being investigated for billing practices. The question is, who is telling the truth?
