Thanks for joining our program and providing great insight.

Point....

Your first point is fully understood. I appreciate the fact that confidentiality is a two way street and announcements are limited to the amount of information that can be released. Yet, the the Safe Harbor and Forward Looking Disclaimer contained in each release leads me to believe that there is a certain amount of BS in each and every announcement. Individual investors must perform their own do-diligence to separate the wheat from the chafe.

Yes and no. I have been involved in other micro-cap stocks that have exhibited similar opportunities and circumstances regarding legal requirements mandated to deliver a product or service and plenty of funding to support the program. Inevitability the larger competitors win the contracts as smaller companies flounder. The trick is to find the right combination that opens the door to the vault.

I say combination as it usually takes a number of steps to obtain a signed deal. These include creating needs, solicitation, introduction, needs assessment, overcoming objections, fulfilling needs, follow-up, persistence, signing the deal and delivering the service or product at a profit.

IMHO it will come down to execution of the business plan that I believe TASA is following. Management's ability will be put to the test many times. Their past track record leads me to believe that they will pass most of these tests. As my experience with management is limited I plan to attend the shareholders meeting which leads me to my last point.

Shareholders meetings are a bit of mystery to me. I have only attended one during my entire life. TASA's event is fast approaching next week and I'd appreciate some thoughts as to what line of questioning will elicit a response. May a shareholder expect answers pertaining to contracts, sales/marketing efforts to date, sales tactics utilized, progress per division, new product status and the sensitive issue regarding $$$$ value of contracts with identities revealed? How open are these events to full disclosure or is that best suited for an individual one on one visit?
