To all: (Insiders' Holdings), based on proxy statements from IOM IR Dec 31, 1997 March 13, 1998 Idanta Partners 11 M 21 M BOD (Insiders) 16 M 27 M I just finished my conversation with IOM IR Representative and she read the above numbers (rounded) from the proxy statements as of Dec 31, 1997 and March 13, 1998. She will mail both the proxy statements to me soon. Thus, there has been a lot of insider buying as I had reported earlier. Sankar
