Sankar,
Insiders at IOM from the beginning used to hold 22% of IOM. I have been seeing this 22% from Zacks for a long time. Even adding this new numbers from you does not come to 22% of roughly 280M shares outstanding. I seriously doubt there were any big insider purchases esp in Idanta's case it is some accounting shuffle. yes. there were some insider buys reported recently but not as big as we want/hope.
Can someone throw more light?

Thanks
-senthil

Hi Sankar, There has been a lot of negativism exhibited on the thread today. Do you have any positive input? Throw us a crumb. And talking about crumbs I don't want a response from Rocky. SR

Those numbers could be pre/post-split also, indicating some selling. I know, the split came before the 31st of December, but maybe the numbers weren't updated.

I think there has been a misunderstanding between you and IOM IR. Take a look at last years proxy statement (for year ending 1996) filed on March 11, 1997. You will see, for example, that Idanta Partners owned (roughly) 11 million shares at the end of 1996 and this year's proxy statement says that at the end of 1997 Idanta owned (roughly) 21 million shares. This latter figure includes the split plus there WAS some selling by Idanta during the course of the year.
