®I don't understand how the private placement warrant offering @ the stipulated price range would not be considered to be in the money and have intrinsic value?¯ Frank, I believe they took the average closing price for the immediate preceding 3 days and added $ 1/32 to it. Since they sold it for an amount over the average of the previous 3 days' closing price, I believe it is not considered in the money. BTW, did you note the $0.10 per share loss for the first 2 months of 1998 due to the approximately $1.5 million other expense write offs connected with the debt conversion and interest expense? What do you know about "Bellingham Capital Industries", since they are now the single largest holder of Common Stock as of the 19th? Cisco
