If you would have kept up with DD, you would have answered your own question. New president, very qualified advisory board, ect..I think you may want to peek at EDGAR and news releases to get more info, too much news since then for me to write here.
If you still believe this to be a scam, simply don't buy any. I hope you change your mind.

But you raise a good point. I thought this was taken over as a shell by Ron and Mary. Was this Ron and Mary's financial company before turning to gold mining? Doug, Eric, Brian, et al, what is the story on this? Just looking to fill in a few more historical holes.

P.S. Brian, I agree that the situation is much different today but Brent is right 95% of the time.
