CIMA,
your question is right on, this was a shell company for Ron's financial company. Everyone must remember that this is Ron Knittles company, not Mary's or Terry's. Officially, It is Mary's and officially Terry is the President, but Ron still runs the show from his home office.

He put everything in Mary's name so his ex-wives could not get any of it. Also because of the legal problems he has had time and again.

Ron is a sweet talker (even though he never returns or takes phone calls), which is how they worked their way into Bolivia.

GE has overcome alot of obstacles. If you speak with them they will tell you God wants them to be successful. I am impressed with their desire to improve the lifestyle of the people in Bolivia. I hope it's not all PR.

Ask Ron what he plans to do with the Gold? I know he doesn't plan on selling most of it, or releasing it into the market. How will this effect the share price?

Hi CIMA,
I agree about Brent's question being a good one. From what I can remember, the SEC was scrutinizing GE for late filings, towards the beginning. I think this was addressed on much earlier posts. It was dealt with and, I believe, settled with the SEC, possibly not finalized. (someone, help on this one). Since then, all reports have been filed in a timely manner. Also, last I heard, Ge was contemplating litigation against a company they tried to purchase property from which fell through. (Sorry for the sketchy details, but I'm writing this strictly from memory) If you say that brent is right 95% of the time, I'll have to believe you. Your viewpoints are well respected on this thread. I just hope the scam part falls into the 5% category. I would like to see Brent get in-depth with research on GE and give us his opinion. Take care.

Brian

The story told to me is that it was much easier legally and expense wise to take over and change an existing corp.and thus inheriting the issued common stock. If my memory serves me,the insurance Co. was owned by a friend or relative.

Since the SEC investigation, i do not believe Ron has taken any phone calls.
