To All: All this chatter of lawsuits or other forms of retribution is unnecessary and counter-productive at this point. As recently as last Weds. another investor and I met with Paul at Sigma-7 and he again reiterated his intention of spinning off registered shares of NCPT to shareholders of INCE within one year. I believe he has our interests at heart. Paul and his management team need our support at this critical juncture in INCE's history. Please remember that Paul inherited a company whose capital structure had been destroyed by prior management. Dilution is inevitable given the terms of the financing with which he has had to work! Thus far Paul has been successful and I continue to believe he will be so in the future. It is still his intent to build INCE into a holding company of enabling technologies. To this end a reverse split of INCE shares will be necessary so don't be surprised when it comes.
