Kevin, I said next several weeks. And that I hope some of the things might happen next week.

I don't have specific dates but I think we are getting very, very close.

Cheryl

Hi Kevin,
I missed my train. So I'm stuck here another hour.

I'm not sure what will be released this week.
But something will.

I just went through all of FLESH's posts since he joined on Wednesday, and they fired me up big time for next week.

One or more of these will be announced this week:
1) release of audited 1997 earnings
2) closing of myriad deal (Thursday was mentioned a couple times) So perhaps an announcement on Friday --> which may be delayed until the following Monday for trading reasons.
3) Further details and perhaps timeframe of Reverse Merger

Thursday conference call should be a good one.

Go UConn! (I'm partial to the Big East)

I can't stand it any longer, I am new, planned on being a lurker.

The Audited financial information should not be delayed because of anything that happened after the fiscal year ends. The Audited financial information is a snapshot of the company on the day it closes business for the fiscal year.

I would assume given the nature of this company and it's growth, the numbers are done but the notes to the financial statements and the required documents (contracts, lines of credit, working capital etc.) are taking the accounting firm longer the expected. The company cannot release draft copies it must release the actual audited statement.

Thanks for the time.

Kevin, Cheryl always say the financials are out soon....

Nov. 21: "I have gotten the impression that it will be before January. I could be wrong, as I do not know for sure."

Jan. 28: "The 10-K to the Sec is not due until June but the company HAS CHOSEN to have their financials audited and released very shortly."

Today: "I think we are getting very close..."

At this rate? They will be out in May.
