Slob...
I have news for you.

I have a copy of the class action law suit filed against Adaptec.
The management/insiders are named in the suit one by one totaling twelve individuals, in addition to Adaptec. The suit specifically says who profited from insider selling and by how much, I don't disagree that shareholders may be affected at the end but this is something shareholders have to decide what to do with their shares, keep it or sell it based on the action of the management kinda like being a player .. if you get my drift.

beleive it or not I still own shares of Adaptec, so I guess I am a player, I don't personally think that the impact of the lawsuit will be significant on Adaptec as a company, but I'm sure it will be painful to those who didn't play by the rule.

Good luck to all

Ahmad
