Does this mean that if one makes some negative comments about a company on SI, they will sue you?

I find that unbelievable.

What about the analysts that downgrade stocks, and make negative comments? Do they get sued by the companies?

Maybe SI management can respond to this as well. What's fair game on these threads and what is out of bounds?
