Remember guys this is the COMS thread. You can send me private messages to ask me off-topic questions. It doesn't bother me in the least, but I'm sure many COMS holders could care less about Osicom or me. I post all over the FIBR thread so you could pose all questions to me on that thread if you like. Like I said I don't mind answering them here if no one complains, but I get the feeling people will complain if we continue to talk about it here.

<< Why did you get sued from Osicom. >>

Do you want the official charges listed in the suit or do you want my opinion of their true intentions?

I'm not a lawyer so I don't understand all the legal jargon, but I think the official term is "Defamation", which I believe encompasses libel and slander.

There are several things they allege in the complaint but I found this part the most interesting:

"Osicom is informed and believes that Crawford's publications are intentional and malicious falsehoods undertaken by defendants in furtherance of an ongoing conspiracy to manipulate downward the price of publicly-traded shares of Osicom stock for the benfit of a coordinated "short-selling" scheme in which Crawford has participated and attempted to enlist others to participate in"
