I don't think they have a case since SI is like a private club and an external entity should not be able to sue what a member said within the private club. Counter sue them ! Crawford, You should send an email to Herb Greenberg at TSC. If you don't know him, he's a journalist with a frequent barb in his editorials. I'm sure he's pissed off lots of people and his journalism is national. He's also very interested in the Internet and all its ramifications as far as protection of free speech. Plus TSC I would think would be very interested in something of this nature. So, if nothing else, you may get some additional publicity, people supporting you, plus some advice on how to procede. (Who knows, maybe the truth about OSICOM will come out and we can all make some money from this) I think that one of the main reasons TSC would listen to your case is that, even though you yet have a few things to learn about courtesy and respect, you usually have a good point, and I think your just trying to provoke debate so we can all learn the truth about COMS. In fact they just had an article on TSC on friday about the shorts psychology. You seem to fit the profile well. As the article explains, lots of people are naturally going to get pissed by your comments because they have their money on the line, and you sound like your going to take it away from them. I'd rather hear different opinions than my own, even if with poor diplomacy, than be in a cheering squad. I've got money on the line with COMS and the most important point for all of us is to learn the TRUTH about our stocks. In the long run, this is what will make all of us money - which I think I can assume is why were all connected to SI. Also, TSC probably would like the publicity themselves. They've got some of that going against the herd attitude that I like - as long as it's done with tact and good reasoning. Joe
