People who say blanket statements like "I hate lawyers" are shallow, unintelligent, prejudiced, and hardly worth responding to. And if you're unconcerned with your rights as a shareholder, then that's further evidence of your mental capacity. My points are logical/rational in nature, and certainly not "whining." Whereas you reserve the right to be smarter tomorrow, I prefer to be more informed today. At this point, it's weak-minded people like you who retort, 'Well, if you don't like it sell your stock.' This, of course, is an illogical response. But why try to discuss logic with you; you already confused rational statements with whining, so you wouldn't get it.
