Legal Proceedings: "On March 31, 98, at 1130 am (our time) will take place the first Court session on a lawsuit placed by D. Eigeles Systems Ltd. and regarding former employees of us that by August 97 "switched" to Diversinet...... The Court address is : 10 Meir Street, Haifa, Israel and the debates are open to the public." I received the above in a private mail, and have no personal knowledge with regards to the accuracy of the information. I hope that some other people on the thread can confirm any possible legal proceedings that are now taking place. THC
