teevee, I have no idea where I got this idea but my mind says that BEA et al can participate at the same percentages if they have the money. I do not think they will be bidding against each other. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS CORRECT -DALE, GRAYHAIRS MAXMOUSE? Bob

Hi teevee; IMO ,in wanting to keep the results quiet would have to involve BEA/STF in the land purchases. A biding war amongst partners would be a good sign for other BIG BOYS to join in . Bearcatbob : I've kept a watch on BEA for the last few years and decided 2 mths. ago it was time to get in .I like a good gamble. The postings have been good here over 300 since FEB. 22 .The interest is good . I hope you will be rewarded for your patience in BEA . guys count me in for July if all goes well. gamer
