Dear Friend and fellow IMS supporter: I'll step up and apologize with others about the tone we are exercising in this matter here. This is our really only rallying point, and common thread in dealing with this common problem we have. We rarely ever got much participation from the other side of the two competing sides of management on this thread (just Frank occasionally regarding current tech issues). But we have to be suspicious now of the motivations of new posters. Forgive us a bit. Hey, if you are just now joining us because your investment ass is under water, welcome aboard. We need your help, get on the train, do it today- you can see plenty of opportunities for action to take by reading these posts today. But just think for a moment, if you've been investing hard earned dollars into this company for years, thousands for most of us, and held through SEC "imposed" silence for months and months, and just when announcements and news of success finally comes to pass- THE BASTARDS ANNOUNCE A CHAPTER 11 FILING! Hell, man, this is blatant BS of the highest degree! No lame excuses! This is a public company! If you ain't pissed and angry you ain't human! I sincerely do not wish to direct ANY anger at you, you are in the boat with us, right? But, dude, you have to get on board this train with US today, right now, direct your comments to our common interests and focus like a laser on the court actions up ahead (and urging the government/press to do it to it- demand it!). We've got to April 1st to turn the tide. Move some correspondence, make a phone call, send in some cash and let's get trucking. This is how it works. In return I'll try to control my outbursts, just don't ask me to put a leash on Stern, he bites fast and hard! "DD"
