diablo...I'm not certain what you had in mind with the "+," but I certainly think that 40 is a reasonable target over the next 2 years. I'm hoping for 32 by 12/31/98. 8 more points in '99 is not unrealistic, IMHO. As for the + part, I'll take ANYTHING I can get over 40 two years down the road. stephen

Good point but we are in a raging bull market. What do you think would happen if we were in a down market?

Diablo; Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, many of today's investors don't have a two year time frame. Many are young and are experiencing for the first time a loss in a very bullish market. In the past, someone managed their savings for them in a Fund or work related saving plan. Today, the responsibility is theirs. A loss of 1K hurts. It means house payment, rent, etc. To me, it's the price of an education. I think most of us have paid our dues. Especially those who see opportunity in CPQ at today's' prices.
