Sleep Juli Sleep. Just keep sleeping, dont ask questions.

So, some company comes in with a "possible" deal for DCI and
BEFORE any DD or signatures, this company starts "buying"
zillions of shares in ADVANCE?

Its the other way around. If I am selling something I am going to get lots of shares for the sale. Does that mean I want even more? Before I am even sure the deal is going through?

And, if this was true, does that not smirk of inside trading and manipulation?

If this is the way it happened then the selling company must have been very sure that DCI was going to do the deal. What happened? Why did the deal fall through? Again, if I am going to PREBUY so many market shares, I better be sure I have a GREAT DEAL that no one can refuse so that I dont get caught "short".

So in conclusion (because SI keeps us newbies limited in the length of our responses).....

Why would DCI reject such a great deal?

Oh yes in January we were waiting for some "waves" to come in. Oh wait, no one uses that word any more. Seems like those waves were just "washouts".

You know, its seems like deja-vu. Sitting around waiting for waves....
But now the waves are called "newsletters".....

still shaking in my boots.....
