<<<<Why would DCI reject such a great deal? >>>>

Excuse me? Where does it say anything about what kind of deal it was? Joe said that an IB brought them a deal and that Joe turned it down. Apparently the IB was confident the deal would go through and bought in anticipation. It's my guess that the other company was making an offer to buy DCTC, not the other way around. They didn't offer what Joe wanted (+/- $10.00), so they were turned down. The offer may have been in the $6-$8 range and the IB (DLJ) had every reason to believe it would be accepted. They gobbled up a bunch of shares (500,000) under the offering price, thinking they would make a couple million easy bucks. Joe slapped them up along the side of the head with a counter offer they wouldn't agree to and voila,
DLJ got caught. DON'T YA JUST LOVE IT!!! gggggggg Remember that Joe has told us that there have been companies sniffing around at about $7 (I think that was the figure). Maybe this all ties together?

Boy, can I create whole cloth from the tiniest of fibers, or what!LOL

KR, I am looking at the fundamentals and I have not found another $2 stock with the strength of DCTC. Yes, I worry that someone is selling a lot of stock. I especially worry if they are people close to the company with intimate knowledge of what is going on. I would certainly worry less if I knew that it was an IB looking for a quick buck. Again, I have followed this company for over two years and most of my purchases have been in the last four months. The reason is that I see JM doing what he said he would do. Still, keeping a wary eye out for anything negative. I would like for you to state your intentions, since it seems you are not a stockholder and you don't seem to know much about the company. Are you looking to buy if you have a comfort level, or just trying to save us?
