The Feds past the new DUI standards and lowered the BA limit down to .08. I believe this is in response to Slick Willies fetish of seeing more people blowing something....Monica seemed to enjoy herself ... she only went back some 37 times...no wonder she's got semen on her dress...thank's to the Navy Gaurds...She wanted a few good men..:-0. or was that all the Presidents Men or did she just blow on through??
