Rob,

Let me help explain. We are gonna make money - BIG MONEY.

The merger will cause your current shares to shrink by 75 percent.
4/1. The arithmetic part is easy. Now, what are you getting in
return.

1) wider public exposure on the NASDAQ exchange.

2) a fairer valuation of the companies project future earnings
growth currently estimated by FAMH to be .36. The current
valuation is about 2x earnings on the OTC market. On NASDAQ it should be somewhere between 20 and 30 (conservative) estimates.

3) .36 X 25 (MEDIAN) = $9.00 share price.

4) numbers are without any additional multipliers such as
increased percentages for growth. Standing still numbers.

Therefore, and anyone else correct me if I'm wrong, we should
see a substantial increase in share price after the merger.

Forward looking but justifiable based on the numbers that the
company has provided in their press releases. Of course, (my plug)
we still need to see those numbers. I'd expect to see them released
within 10 days if all goes as planned. Maybe sooner If I'm reading
the tea leaves correctly.
