It will be ATI or NXTL. I'm guessing NXTL for the reasons I mentioned above, but either would work in WCOM's strategy.

I didn't now it had technical problems. it may be either ATI or NXTL and even Alltel is a possibility (since they just aquired 360). One of the three will be bought by WCOM by the end of the year.
