Joesph, There certainly are SEC and NASDAQ regulations that must be met and I believe that FAMH has already met most of them except share price requirements. This is partly the reason for the REVERSE MERGER, but it also serves to reduce the float. We need to wait for the details to come out in the upcoming press releases that will be coming when the Merger is a little bit further along. Expect it within 3 weeks - my estimation not the companies. Kevin
