HI Redhead,

Well in 2 weeks you made a ton in APCO.. *grin*
FAMH is looking to have a big week next week... lots of new interest it by people new to the story. Supposedly one of the big few events will come to a close this week.. according to our inside info (Mr. FLesh), most likely the Myriad closing... but also potentially terms of the reverse merger will be completed. Last , but not least, (and after the reverse merger announcement according to contact with management) will be the 1997 financials.

Hope you had a good vacation?

Mark

FAMH - summary.

The big news is that FAMH has announced a reverse 1:4 merger with
a NASDAQ company. This will immediately place FAMH as a listed
NASDAQ company. The other company has not been named yet, but there
have been several candidates suggested. NCES, HDWY and MIVI.

The Myriad acquistion will be closed this Thursday or Friday.

Audited financials will be released any day now.

FAMH was recommended by the "dirty dog" newsletter and it was PSPW's
first pick. (PSPW was started by jonathon ledbed)

Ira is posting on this thread as "INTHEFLESH".

thats all i can think of right now.

hope this helps.

PS. The stock price is suppose to go to $93.25 by the end of the week.
