Thos and Val,

Would it not be possible to request (or subpoena)
a list of IMES shareholders from the IMES stock
transfer agent? I don't know who they are...or,
even if IMS has one, but that may be one way to
notify ALL the shareholders that may not be aware
of what's happening to their company.

Just a thought...hope it helps.

Thos and Val,

I think this is/was the transfer agent
for the proposed secondary IPO.

I couldn't determine if they were on board
prior to the secondary.

Registrar/Transfer Agent:

Interwest Transfer Company.

Thos, Val and All,

The SEC has a website where you can read about
it's various functions of policing the activities
of stock trading, etc.

The title of one the pages on the site is:

"SEC Division of Enforcement Complaint Center"

Here is the URL:

sec.gov

On that page you will find an e-mail address where
you can send notification of suspected wrongdoings.

This is that e-mail address:

enforcement@sec.gov
