Jim, Good job this afternoon. You know, I hope all of us tracking this situation have kept our eyes on one basic, remaining fact: we are not going thru this exercise for naught. Tremendous value has been built into IMS by Mr. George Smith and those he hired over the past many years! This is a "temporary" funding dilemma that has brought us to this point. The struggle has been contrived, by whatever means, but it is because the future value is outstanding, not because debts are out of hand. IMS is the "buy of the year"!! The pool of appropriate buyers may be small, but they are looking at a great opportunity. We need to spread that around to the computer world and technology capitalists. "DD"
