pitchlyn,

Thanks for posting the Business Week article.

I don't often accidently post on threads that I've never posted on before....but in a way I'm very glad you did. I have been expecting less than bullish posts to show up and was wondering why they had not.

I'm not sure anyone I know of has been contacted by a boiler room outfit selling BANY at huge markups....and I know that robert knows of a "Godfather".....but I don't believe the mob is active in BANY.

If there is a bunch of reg S fraud stock that has been sold by the company....that would be news to me. I have asked company representatives many times about all of the shares issued and to be issued......and the company response has always been consistent with other information. Seeing as BANY is not a reporting company yet......I guess that would be the leap of faith that is required with many BB stocks....Is the company not truthful.

I have no connection with BANY other than being a shareholder and calling them often to see if I can get them to tell me some good news. A friend of mine had a relative visit the company one afternoon and that went well. My friend is now a large shareholder.

As it seems the dialog may be expanding..to include warnings and such.....I welcome anyone who may have any information that we may not have.

Just wondering.....how did you find BANY?....and what do you think is really happening here that would suggest that a "chop shop" magazine article would apply to this situation?

bg

ps. Does anyone have any negative company specific information that they might share?
