Brad, BANY is, so far, my favorite of all stocks I don't already own

I'm just a little bit "scatter-brained" at times and, after several long hours of serious DD last night, momentarily got BANY mixed up with WACC (which has/had a serious problem with "144", "Reg S", etc). It was only after posting the link to the article that I realized I had posted on the wrong thread. I, nevertheless, decided not to erase the link since I thought the article might be of some general educational benefit to BANY readers. I have no suspicions of BANY being involved in any such dealings.

BANY will probably be my next stock purchase (as for WACC...funny stuff going on over there, but who knows???). My apologies if I came across "negative" --I am not! I am, indeed, quite bullish on BANY! (I think...)

Brad and all,
I just want to make a short mention of the inevitability of negative posters making their presence known in the future. Thank goodness we live in a democracy where you can speak your mind and say what you want without retribution. And because of the freedom of free speech I deem it necessary to always remain cautious of the written word, especially in this medium.

With that preface let me say this, I challenge all posters to this thread to provide any information they may have, whether it be positive or negative. To me debate is necessary for the benefit of all and as much as we would all like to see the thread remain positive and upbeat I think we should all be cognizant that everything is not always a bed of roses.

On the other hand, and I'm sure many of you are aware of this as you've been members of SI, that there are individuals who have agendas that are not palatable. My advice to the shareholders, and this is strictly my opinion, is that if/when someone appears with information/comment/innuendo that challenges the sensibility of the group as a whole that we simply ask the poster to provide facts. I've seen before where a thread can disintegrate very fast when personality conflicts take center stage. And when that happens the thread ultimately becomes a breeding ground for further discord and we all know that environments like that serve no purpose when trying to attract new investors and keeping current investors informed.

I'm going to relax for awhile and hopefully see a lot of interest this evening prior to taking off for work.

Please keep Brad and Larry informed of your intentions concerning your share holdings and with an effort from all we should be able to get a good handle on the float.
