pitchlyn, thanks for the article. When I first bought into WACC there were only 500K shares in the float. Latest published number is 7,628,400 (1/1/98). I learned the hard way what a RegS is and what it can do to stock value. WACC dropped over 99% since I bought-in. Let's hope that these questionable tactics are behind us and that project development will take place as planned.
