Marcos, I think it a splendid idea, except I think Idaho is perhaps culturally foreign to the other regions you include. As for my running for public office, I had very seriously considered it. However, my frequent contributions to the SI Boink threads would now, I think, preclude my passing the squeak test of public scrutiny. But it's been worth it. Holly
