Richard, The Goudy, 5$ target for end 1998 was set before the recent series of major announcements by IFM. Also on the MPACT website there is a second analyst published with a 8$ target for the stock. MPACT main revenue growth comes from transactions, if DELL e-commerce growth rate that you posted earlier is any indication for IFM's transaction growth rate, we could IMO get a nice earnings surprise. As you indicated quater closed Feb98 so may be some info has leaked already explaining last weeks action. I'm definetly happy to have gotten into this one early, thanks for bringing this company to our attention. Happy investing, Dani
