Answer is numerous class action law suits These cO. are afraid to say one word of optimistic forecast because if it happen not to materialize, then they are going to be suit for misleading the public. First and second quarter, there were not a battery of class action law suit. So let us be fair to management.You and I won't say anything good if we were wrong in any responsible position, we are going to drag to court. I wish there were more pessimistic in 1 and 2 Q.
