Hi Keith, I don't expect anyone to exercise their rights until the very last day.I believe that is March 27,1998.I personally feel quite a few will be exercised. Jim P

Hey Keith, I too live in Ontario and I've been wondering about the rights package as well. I haven't received anything from Bearcat or Stampede Oils about the rights. The only info I've gotten is from my Brokerage and all they sent me was a short letter telling me who to call if I decide to exercise or sell (apparently I can't sell without calling the representative first). What I was wondering was ... should I have received anything from the Companies themselves? Has anyone else received anything directly from the companies? On another note ... to ANYONE that can help .. what strategy should be employed when deciding what to do with the rights ie. under what circumstances would it be wise to exercise (aside from the obvious - if the price is higher come the 27th).
